In its 14th year, OktoberWest presented by Encova Insurance is West Virginia’s largest traditional German Octoberfest and among the largest craft beer festivals in the state. The festival set a huge attendance record in its return in 2021 with over 2,500 attendees, and another exciting year is expected with more local West Side businesses participating this year. Sample over 150 craft brews, ciders, and wines (several limited Octoberfest and German varieties) and listen to three incredible bands at this year's festival on September 24th from 4 - 9 PM. Stein holding, keg rolling, sausage toss, and best traditional dress contests will return! It’s all about the craft brews, local foods, and live tunes on the City National Bank Stage!
All funds raised from OktoberWest will go directly back into Charleston’s West Side for programs, public art, and other community and economic revitalization projects.
